I have been wanting to get permanent eyeliner for years now so when I saw that Suzanna was going to offer it I jumped on the opportunity. Suzanna took amazing care of me through the entire process. She was sure to send me reminders the day before of how I should arrive (no makeup, no contacts, etc.) and checked in on me a few times after my appointment to make sure I was doing alright. During my appointment, she thoroughly explained everything she would be doing and regularly checked on my pain level and discomfort, offering to add more numbing at any time if needed.
